The move-in process was super simple and Kevin was absolutely amazing while doing our walk through. He had great energy and provided helpful tips on how to best care for some of the appliances. The community is absolutely beautiful and has tons of amenities. Very excited to call this place home.

We recently moved in and have had a really great experience. The maintenance crew, Kevin and Alex, respond quickly and go out of their way to be of assistance. They also assure that you are happy and that means a lot to us. We love being within walking distance of Founder’s Square, too!

I loved the apartments at the Canopy. Tracy showed me the features that provide convenience and sets them apart from other places such as the beautiful kitchen, appliances, and storage spaces. I look forward to being a part of this beautiful community in the near future.

Canopy Apts are beautiful, with great amenities, and excellent staff and service teams! Babcock Ranch Preserve is a stunning and conservation focused lifestyle with a welcoming and friendly community and wonderful groups and local events. Highly recommend!!
